Multifamily developer EMBREY this month welcomed Mark Johnson as an executive vice president. He serves as the leader of the company’s Dallas/Fort Worth development team, working with the investment team to source and capitalize projects across North Texas. Johnson reports to chief development officer Jimmy McCloskey, who is based at the firm’s San Antonio headquarters. Previously, Johnson spent almost two years at Dallas-based Price Partners, overseeing development projects in Kansas City, Colorado and Texas. Before that, he worked at GenCap Partners.
