Let’s Welcome Helena Finley
I am extremely excited to tell you that Helena Finley is joining us as our Senior Vice President of Construction and Director of Construction. She will be working closely with Jim Gilly, focusing on the administrative side of our business, including review of our processes, training program and operational support.
Helena is coming from Houston where she was the Chief Operating Officer of VERO SADE, a vertically integrated development and construction startup. She has an extensive background in multifamily development and construction with companies you know well — The Morgan Group, Trammell Crow, Gables, and Post Properties to name a few.
Helena’s track record speaks for itself – she possesses excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities that have consistently delivered exceptional results throughout her career. She has a remarkable capacity to adapt and excel in a variety of settings, making her a truly versatile asset for our organization.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Helena is deeply committed to the development of our team. She brings extensive experience in recruiting and training at all levels. Her leadership style is marked by an acute ability to set goals and guide teams toward achieving objectives in a collaborative, team-based environment.
