FORT WORTH, TEXAS – EMBREY, a diversified real estate investment company based in San Antonio plans to erect 232 build-to-rent homes in the Alliance Business Corridor after closing on 22 acres there. The project called Collection Hunter Crossroads is its second project in Cowtown.
The Alliance commercial airport which opened in the early 1990s sparked an incredible level of growth for the area which continues 30 years later. Just a few miles west of Alliance Airport, Collection Hunter Crossroads will deliver high-quality housing for the growth that is expected to continue in that region.
“We’re thankful to our partners at Plains Capital Bank and Transwestern, which brokered the deal,” Senior Vice President of Development Jeremy Williams said.
“EMBREY’s ‘Collection’ brand continues to deliver the highest quality luxury rental living with the look and feel of a residential neighborhood.” Hunter Crossroads’ first occupancy is expected for March 2025 with the project slated for substantial completion by 2026.
The project is part of a larger master planned commercial and retail power center with popular retail brands and family dining experiences like Texas Roadhouse.
The community will have 116 one and two-story modern farmhouses and the rest will be duplex-style homes. It will be a gated private community with a private clubhouse, game room and media room.
