The plan is for 318 Build-to-Rent townhomes at Collection Schertz Station

SCHERTZ, TEXAS – EMBREY, a diversified, vertically integrated, real estate investment company based in San Antonio closed on 74 acres at Interstate 35 North and Cibolo Valley Drive. The site is behind the Santikos EVO entertainment and retail project. EMBREY has partnered with Merit Commercial Real Estate to complete development of the retail portion of the project.

The gated community will consist of duplex-style townhomes with one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts with attached and detached garages. The apartment homes will feature architectural details and deluxe features and finishes for an elevated luxury living experience including stainless-steel appliances, timeless tile backsplashes, kitchen pantries, designer fixtures and finishes, hardwood-style flooring, fenced-in patios, a full-size washer and dryer, and managed Wi-Fi.

Community amenities at Collection Schertz Station will include a fully equipped 24- hour fitness center, a resort-style heated swimming pool, gas firepits with a seating area, community grilling areas, pickleball courts, a 24-hour social hub, private focus offices, a dog park with a dog wash area, a game room, and more.

The game room has the amenities you would look for, including a pool table, shuffleboard, an arcade, warming drawers, and an icemaker for entertaining guests.

The media room features a large TV and lounge seating. There is also an attached covered mailroom with a spacious and secured package room, valet trash pickup, and dual EV chargers provided throughout the site with all driveways including an EV plug on the exterior of unit buildings.
